Blocked people and deleted comments in my profile

How are people who I have blocked getting into my profile? sleepingbeauty is one and for some reason when I try to delete someone and confirm that I want the comment deleted it is still there I am a paying member not a free member please delete hawklord and sleepingbeauty from contacting me PLEASE.

Change of name not working.

Hi, I am trying to change my avatar name from yackeden.horoscopeschat to persephone. For some reason the
.horoscopeschat has attached itself to persephone. Is there some way to remove it? I dont have any association with it and would like the name to just be persephone. Thanks!!

Cell divide lines don't show

How do I change this so the grid lines will show as it does in the posted view?

Right now I have one group that is open and active but I did have 3 others that I did open but I thought deleted right away and I want to open another community and then close the one that is active when I am ready what do I do with the 3 I never even opened?...Ty Jackie

Can't get in to Yuku most times

I have been reading about the video ads that people have been experiencing over the past few days. A lot of my members have been complaining about them too. A number of people have mentioned the sum of $12 a year to be ad free - can you please advise why I have a sum of $54 for 12 months ad free. Is it because I am in the UK?

When Posting, No Smiley/Insert Row, HTML Doesnt Work?

Hi there
When ever i post on my desktop computer, theres no row above the body box where the smiley faces, image insert, text formatting bar, etc. usually is. Also, when I post, if I dont manually insert breaks, they dont insert themselves. I thought it might be a java problem, but I upgraded to the newest release and that didnt work. Does anyone know whats wrong?

I have 2 members who are unable for some reason to get into Yuku at all, it started with them being able to get in 'sometimes' now its never, and one of them is an owner of her own group, I have gone over to her group, all is fine, I've checked their status etc for changes and have asked them if they have had any changes or updates on their pc that might be a cause, no..........nothing, they are both getting very frustrated, can you help please

Chatroom Unable to Access

Every time someone in my group tries to go in the chatroom they get a "Room Name Error" and cannot join chat. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi,

I'm getting a warning from my anti virus program that there is a bug hidden on my site.

What's the difference between "MBA Approval Subject" and "MBA FORUM Approval Subject" ?

My forum is open to the public but users have to be approved before they can post. Some sections are MBA, meaning that only members that I manually approve get access to these sections.

I've found out that in the Admin messages I am allowed to customise my approval/denial message to members who apply for membership (either to the forum or specific MBA sections), but I am confused about the "MBA Approval Subject" and
