			<description><![CDATA[ When you create a Help Desk account, please pay careful attention to the fields.  We do have users who put their password in the email field (and the email
address in the password fields).

When a Help Desk representative answers a ticket, the reply goes to the email address registered to the Help Desk account. If the email field has an invalid
address, there is no way to get the answer. In many cases the Help Desk staff will simply close the ticket and hope that the user opens a new... ]]></description>
