It isn&#39;t good that it has been so long. If I were you, I&#39;d <a target="_blank" href="http://helpdesk.yuku.com/">stick in a ticket</a> and ask for it to
be migrated to yuku. If you haven&#39;t used the new helpdesk system, you will need to register a separate account there. <a target="_blank" href="http://support.yuku.com/topic/12611">Here is a FAQ</a>, in case you need it.
