It is weird what is happening. It keeps inserting this image within your intended image URL.

OK, I see the problem. Whoever added the photobucket smiles used HTML Code instead of the Direct Link when they were entered on the smilies page. They will all need changed.

I dont even use Windows me 8 See i can see them in the ? but when i post they say this image either has been moved or deleted.... And it has'nt at all...

You're welcome.

You've got to be careful uninstalling IE8 as you might end up with IE6 and have to reinstall IE7 again.

hi! is there something wrong in the forum in general as cannot use the emoticons on the toolbar as well as cannot insert photos or utilize the photobucket. thank you for the prompt response and below is my forum link:

Ok, that's where they are right now. And this is where we want them, in the scrolly that appears when you click the little smilie face above. Having trouble getting them there.

I think you might have a completely different problem. You seem to have nearly 100 emoticons in your set and ready for use. I think you might have an IE8 problem and not be able to use them. Check this topic out:

The ones at the very bottom of the editor are a fixed set. All you can do with those is turn them off or on.

When you add new smilies to your collection they appear in two spots. One is in the scrolly that appears when you click the little smilie face above. The other spot is a little pop up that will appear if you click the ? at the bottom of the editor next to 'use smilies'. Or the 'complete smilies list' link you see there in the quick reply.
