When we mentioned how only the first admin on the board would be able to see that there was a support message in the in box the system was changed to send the
support message to all the admin&#39;s private PM boxes which sounds a good idea. But.....................

This is just now making twice the amount of work. One has to go into support messages and clear that box and then from there to ones own private message box to... ]]></description>
