That should say "It will be used" and, because "url" is an acronym, it should be "URL".

If you delete a banned member there is no way to unban later so you are given that option before irrevocably removing them from your member list.

The way it's worded, then, implies that when you delete ANY member, the member will also be banned.

And maybe adding an option to also BAN a member from the delete page as well?
