        <![CDATA[ So I had to go out to the store... and it&#39;s a very cold day and my 13 year old car does not like to run cold. So I do as usual and go out and start up the
car to warm it up for about 10 minutes before driving it.

I park on the street in front of my house, legal to park there, never had a problem from the police ever before. I come back out after 10 minutes and
there&#39;s a police cruiser in the street right next to car (blocking any traffic that might have come along) and the officer is... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Oh some of them are so good at it.  However I suppose it proves they are only human too.  I used to do some part-time evening work at the local Golf Club
behind the bar and Thursdays were Disco nights until 2 a.m.  I used to drive home reeking of alcohol and I always wanted them to pull me over (I don&#39;t

			<description><![CDATA[ My brother-in-law had a run-in with the police some time back. He plays in a band and is often driving home late. He was stopped by the police who asked him to
take a breathalyser test - which he did - but as he doesn&#39;t drink it showed up as negative - so they then said he had been driving dangerously, swerving
across the road and that he would be hearing from them.

As example, I have a neighbor behind me that doesn&#39;t like that we park our other car... that doesn&#39;t work... in the back yard. Now, there&#39;s an
alley out back, and a fence with a gate, and gravel that we park on... but the neighbor DOES NOT like the car back there (Course I don&#39;t like the blaring

			<description><![CDATA[ I don&#39;t know what the fine is, Icy. They do this thing where they mail you the details within 10 days of receiving the ticket. I&#39;m guessing it&#39;s
just a $25 or $30 fine if not less, I honestly don&#39;t think it&#39;s a major offense... in fact with the amount of police that have gone down our street and
never ticketed me or my neighbors before for doing it, I don&#39;t think even most of the officers are aware it&#39;s against the law to do it in a resdental

I didn&#39;t get a ticket, but I did get myself pulled over and breathalised for no reason. I always did like a man in uniform, so late one night when I was
driving home from band, I pulled up alongside a police car with a very cute officer in it... and when the lights went green I dragged him off the lights (very
gently!) I hit the speed limit and stuck there resolutely. He followed me for blocks, and eventually pulled me over to... ]]></description>

they&#39;d just come up with something else to do to me. and I&#39;m so sick of fighting with the police/courts here. When you need help, they won&#39;t, when
you aren&#39;t doing anything, they find some odd law to ticket you for. I know people who drove for 2 years on 1 month temporary plates, never got the real
