Every community has a built in support account that allows you to offer a ticket system to help your own community members. Because the board owner and all
of the board admins can access the support accounts, it can be a handy tool to provide help for your members.





A link for your users to submit a support ticket will appear at the bottom of the main page of your board.

Even unregistered users can put in a ticket, which means that they can still contact you if they are unable... ]]>

The Support account has 30MB of image space, just like any user. This space is great for hosting board images. If you have a community that has lots of skins
or is graphics heavy, you may not be able to host all of the images, but you could host quite a few.

			<description><![CDATA[ If you have a support message you will see a message on the main page of your board telling you that you have X support tickets from your members.
