If you just want to change all the dark reddish borders and headers to another color though the easiest way is to first make a fresh copy of the skin from the library to your custom skins. I am just setting up my yuku board for my school, http://muscrig.yuku.com/ , and started out with the "Space" skin, which uses reds as the color scheme. I have figured out how to change some of the borders and boxes, but some are still red; 1. the very top bar that has the word "yuku" and your user name, 2. the box around the yuku announcements, 3. the active users box, and 4. the community statistics box.
