It says I have a message then it pops up for a few seconds and then disappears.

I'm aware of a problem in two posts in General. When I check "stay in topic" in the "Quick Reply" I can see the replies after I have replied. Once I leave the post I can no longer see them. The posts show they have been replied to.

and it won't appear in IE6. I closed and opened new window, did several hard refreshs and nothing.
I added a search tag to it and the tag won't appear in in IE6, just in Firefox.
