Yuku free message boards

These are some bugs currently affecting the system. They are by no means the total of bugs that we are dealing with, but they are the bugs that people have reported recently and are waiting to find out about.

If there is a link on the bug you're interested in, please use that thread to report it or update information.

Short term current issues. Please read before reporting

1) White pages: fixed

2) Page cannot be displayed.

3) Profile search: temporarily unavailable

4) Help wiki down

5) Topics/replies disappearing: please try a hard refresh. Press Ctrl + F5 at the same time.

6) Promoting community: Avatar disappears from the promote image.

7) Email notifications are not going through to some emails.

If you are experiencing any of the above, please know that the problem has been reported and noted. There is no need to start a new topic. If you do feel the need to report it, feel free to add to this topic.
I will update this topic when there is news. In the meantime, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience those issues are causing. The team will have those issues fixed as soon as possible.

Current Bugs

• Timing out/slowness - please add reports to this thread

• Pending members not showing up
• Pending friends not showing up
• Yuku hall of fame is not updating
  
• Punctuation characters don't work in tags (ie, can't)
• Invited members are required to apply to MBA (viewable)
• Admins with the power to promote cannot demote
• profile skins cannot be exported

Migration Problems

• Recently migrated boards show up in Forum find under ezboard not yuku - please report your board here
  

Bugs in research

• Can't post long posts - researching, please add to topic
  
• Problems accessing some boards - researching, please use this topic
• Not able to stay logged in - individual reports, researching
  
• Posts not appearing immediately - individual reports, please add to this topic
• Topics not being marked read or becoming unread again - researching, please add details
• Subscriptions being wiped out
• Profile reverts
• Board skin reverts
  

Fixed but not released yet

• Daily reply/lead limit not working
• Synch Supporter overrides supporter purchased by another profile
• Problems logging in to boards using domain hosting
• Approving one pending member approves all
  

Recently fixed

• ezboarder(d) and "." as last poster/author
  
• all forum pages all white
• "last post by" not correct
• last post is not correct when hiding or deleting
• Crazy numbers of views - in the millions - they are currently working on this. As a result, Ads are currently disabled.
• Forum find not updating
• quick reply double spacing
• editing a post created in quick reply loses all formatting
• threaded view posts being placed in the wrong place (natural ordering)
• The chat hardware is currently being replaced. You can get the latest update here. Chat will be down until then.
• Accented characters and punctuation have disapeared after migration to Yuku - Put in a ticket to have your board reverted to ezboard and re-migrated if your board uses a foreign language
