I suspended that user for two weeks because of several violations against my board's policy. However, I didn't check on her status, because I set the ban for two weeks, and knew that she would be unbanned in two weeks.
I just got word from her that she had been banned for over two weeks. When I checked the status of her usernames, it was indeed overdue for her to be back on the board. However, for some reason, she was still banned.
I would very much appreciate Yuku looking into this error, because the ban-by-time feature was something I always wanted on ezboard. I was very pleased when Yuku implemented it.
