hi, i can not view my avatar. i posted this on another yuku help section but so far i still cant see any of my photobucket avatars in my profile or under my
name in any of my posts.
any ideas of what i may have done wrong to cause this? thank you cg

You could be blocking images from Yuku. Everyone's avatar is hosted here.
Can you see this picture? It's hosted on my own webspace.

Hi Dawg, yes i see that image of M state.
but still i dont see any avatars under anyones name. |

ok i tried with a different browser and i see my image on that one but not on the firefox one?????
any ideas why? |

go to tools -> options -> content.
Do you have "load images automatically" checked there? |

In Firefox
Tools > Options > Content Beside "Load Images Automatically" there is an Exceptions Button. Press that. Scroll down to images.yuku.com and highlight it. Click Remove. Click Close. Click OK. Press F5. You now see images.

exstreamuser, the latest version of Firefox doesn't have Options in the Tools menu. 2.0.0.13
I'll tell cgayzz there are some new responses here. |

Perhaps you can advise cgayzz on how to get to the options menu, if that is necessary. The rest still follows.

exstreamuser, none of the menus at the top of the screen have Options. I checked them before posting. Anyway, it seems that cgayzz solved her problem, unless
she still sees only one of Chris's images. I see four.

Reph if you see 4 images then you see them all.
First and 4th one are stored in a yuku avatar folder second one is in a yuku images folder and the one with the tongue sticking out is stored in my photobucket account. I posted those to see if it were only yuku images or other images that could not be seen, but we got our answer:) |

You are set to go, cgayzz.
You had accidentally right clicked and chose "Block Images from images.yuku.com". reph, I searched at mozilla but all pages showed that way of accessing options. Guess they may need updated too. They must exist somewhere though. |

Yes, I'm on a Mac with Firefox. I could see avatars all along. It occurred to me that cgayzz's setting that blocked images might be in Preferences. I
didn't check Preferences to follow up, because by that time she'd set things right.
