It keeps timing out when trying to contact Legal to start a ticket. It's been doing this for two days straight.

Can you successfully put in a ticket to something other than legal? Then it can be moved to the correct place for you.

Alison, I can't put in a ticket anywhere. Nor can I access an ongoing ticket that has yet to be resolved.
I get this message: The connection has timed out The server at helpdesk.yuku.com is taking too long to respond. |
