My gold countdown thingy says: This community has Gold Ad-Free status until Apr 25, 2009 (399 days left) It never changes... It's not actually counting down the days left.

March 5th I believe, and then my gold days were updated by Yuku because they were inaccurate soon thereafter (through a help ticket).

no, a brand new board on yuku just doesn't show ads at all for the first month at the moment.

The first free month of gold isn't even over yet...
And now it says... This community has Gold Ad-Free status until Jan 23, 2009 (299 days left) After that, this community has 98361 Ad-Free page views. On Mar 27, 2008: Yuku: 100 days - converted to 98361 pageviews Why were 100 days converted to page views on 3/27? How can we have days of gold AND page views? I'm so confused!! |

Our board has a similar combination of days and views.
The Gold subscription that you brought over from ezboard will expire on the same day at yuku as it would have expired if you'd stayed at ezboard. At that point, billing will switch to a page-views basis because that's what yuku's going to use for all big boards. Any money that entered the Community Chest after you migrated is translated into page views instead of days. |

Reph has got it.
Your board has 50,114 total page views in the last month, so you've just tipped over. But the days that transferred with your exboard remain as days, since that was the deal when you purchased them originally. When those days run out you'll go onto the flexible (over 50k) pricing model. That could actually be more cost effective for you, especially with the extra ad settings controls you'll have. Going off your current monthly ad-page views average (10,934), your yearly cost could be as low as $26. |
