In an effort to keep you better informed, we will make regular posts in "Announcements" whenever we are experiencing major issues such as temporary slow downs due to server issues or multiple bugs after a push. So please check the Announcements first if you experience problems with the system.
2. Check this forum for an existing report of the same bug.
If you find one, please add your report to the same topic.
3. Start a new topic for new bug reports
If there were no reports of the SAME bug, please start a new topic to report it.
4. Please leave us a URL
We need to know where the bug is happening. Please leave specific urls to the community and forums or profiles that are affected
5. Please describe the problem clearly.
Don't just leave the link and say "Look..." - we may not see the same problem that you'd experienced. It might be unique to your computer or your browser. Describe the problem in as much detail as necessary.
6. Please take screenshots
If you have difficulty explaining what is going on, please take a screenshot so that we can see for ourselves.
7. Please use tags
This will help others find reports on similar bugs. For example - if your inbox is not working, the words "inbox" and "messages" will be very useful in the tags field.
