Posts: 2 17-Mar-08 7:20 AM	Tags : fixed I tried several times to open a help ticket but when I submit it takes forever and never completely goes through. I don't know if that's a problem with my computer or with the help desk. I haven't had any problems sending anywhere else. Following is the information I tried to send on a ticket: I am an administrator at momswithoutmoms.yuku.com . We are a threaded view forum. A member of our forum has informed me some of the posts within threads have disappeared. Some of those posts have reappeared after several days but some have been lost. One of the threads she mentioned is http://momswithoutmoms.yuku.com/topic/930 . Another thread she mentioned is http://momswithoutmoms.yuku.com/topic/932 . I know you have had various threaded board issues and if this is something you are already working on, please let me know. ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 9019 19-Mar-08 12:12 PM pink goddess	There are several fixes for threaded view that will be put through in the next push. We hope these will sort this problem out. The white page issue should also be resolved soon.

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 9019 23-Mar-08 1:57 AM pink goddess	The issue with threaded posts is something that Chris has been working on, and I am hoping that it's now fixed (I'll confirm that with him). The issue of normal posts in yuku or ezboard layout view isn't something that we have been able to reproduce yet, and so there is no fix for that.
