We have upgraded the ezboard board Helpdesk software to a new version. During the upgrade we imported all tickets from helpdesk.ezboard.com over to helpdesk.yuku.com. All the tickets were successfully imported.

The new helpdesk version requires an account to access your tickets. If you had an open or unresolved ticket on helpdesk.ezboard.com you will can register an Yuku Helpdesk account by following these steps:

1. Go to http://helpdesk.yuku.com/index.php?_m=core&_a=register
2. Fill out the registration form

Note - Make sure to enter the email address that you used to submit your ezboard helpdesk ticket(s).

You will receive an email with your login email and password. Once you have logged into your Helpdesk account you will be able to access your tickets.

Please note we are trying to automate this process, but if you need immediate access to your tickets you can take these steps to create a Helpdesk account and access your tickets.
