On the Split Topic page, the radio buttons provided to make the split don't appear when one of the posts has extremely "wide" unbroken content,
such as a long link. This happens in Firefox, Camino, Opera, and likely in any browser that understands overflow CSS.
It looks as if the Split Topic page could use a scrolling division within the messages. It appears that there's currently an "overflow:hidden" in the skin right now.

Currently, the workarounds would be to:
- Do the split in a browser that doesn't understand the overflow CSS, such as Safari.
- Shut off CSS for the Split page (at the browser level) to expose the radio buttons.
