New Private Account How Do I Approve Members?

Posts: 1 11-May-08 2:02 PM	I am going crazy here! I just set up a new account for a condominium association. Most of the building owners do not currently have a Yuku account. I have asked them to sign up and because we want to restrict the members to owners only, I need to approve each person for each of the three forums within this new account. I hope this is clear. I have received messages that new members are pending but I cannot figure out what I need to do to actually approve them so they can all read, post and reply. Is there a simple way to do this that I am completely missing? It just seems so cumbersome. I am going to be having about 100 new requests today and I need to find a quick way to do this. Thank you for your help!!!

Nobody needs to be approved to access any of those forums, but they do need to be approved to post. You have posting by approval enabled. You have a post at your board in which you say that everyone should be able to just start a new topic now. Your security settings do not reflect this though. The reason why I am not linking to your board or to that post is because you have your email posted in that topic. You might want to consider removing your email, it is not a good idea to post it in the open. If you can tell me exactly what you would like to do with the board (public, private, forums public or private, etc..) I will be happy to adjust your settings and get you started.
