Keep Getting Logged Out

Posts: 1 9-Jun-09 11:25 AM	Tags : None This is a message from our other manager to our group... Usually I stay logged in most of the time but now when I get to CMAH I am not logged in. I can view our public forum as a guest but if I try to get into the other forums I get asked to log in. I log in...and it shows I have logged in at the top of the page...but then when I click to get into the forum it logs me out again. This happens to me all over Yuku. I can't stay logged in anywhere! I have cleared cookies and temp internet files. Not sure what else I should do? Can anyone help?

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 1988 9-Jun-09 11:51 AM	First, ask them to go refer to this topic: Login problems There's a lot of stuff there, but login problems can be caused by many variables. If the first couple of suggestions don't solve the problem, ask them to keep going through the topic to see if anything "clicks". If they still can't stay logged in, please have them submit a Helpdesk ticket and select "Accounts" as the department. They don't have to be logged in to submit a ticket.

Posts: 31 9-Jun-09 1:17 PM	Hi, That original message was from me....and how embarrassing...after going through the suggested solutions it turns out the date was wrong on my pc even though it was showing the correct date on the task bar! Don't be embarrassed. There's a reason why checking your system clock/date is the first thing we suggest when there's a log-in problem. You're welcome.
