Clicked on chat room. Brought up page that asked for username with button that says "Login". When I entered my username and clicked
"Login", it said the username is already there. But I can't see the chat room.

You may want to clear your cache and see what happens. The login issue is something that occurs on occasion, but enter username doesn't do anything, you
should be able to just access the chat room while logged in.
Are you accessing the chat via a direct URL or by clicking on it at the directory of the board? Can you access the chat room here at support? |

I'm having the same problem. I'm logged into my group but when I try to log into chat it says my name is already in use no matter what name I type in.
How do I dump my cache? |

Same problem here. I can access it from one computer in my house but not the other. I'm using Firefox on both, I've tried dumping my cache and logging
out of Yuku from the other one, but nothing's working.

http://support.yuku.com/ Just below "promote" you will see "off topic chat" Click on off topic chat to access the chat room. |
