Why am I listed as WellReadREviews.bestsellerinfiction? |

That is not the name I want to be known by, nor the name I chose. I simply chose "WellReadReviews", but when I post, it says "Post As:
WellReadReviews.bestsellerinfiction" - but I have NO idea where that is coming from. I don't want that.
Any idea? Thank you! |

I had to sign in via my old YUKU account because it now says I am banned. I have NO idea why. I just created the account. I cannot find any customer service to
find out why, or how? I haven't even done anything with that account except introduce myself in a few book forums. HELP!
I have been an ezboard/yuku member for a LONG time and have never had to deal with this. I appreciate any insight! Thank you! |

For your first question, check the link here, this will help: http://support.yuku.com/topic/10651 I have unbanned your other account, but you were caught in an auto-ban by our anti-spam script. While I can't tell you in detail which criteria the script uses to ban, you did fit the criteria exactly. The fact that you posted here to have your extension removed makes me assume that you are planning on becoming an active member at the communities where you made your introduction posts. However, if you continue to visit different communities, leaving your link, you may get caught in the spam trap again. |

I only posted in the introduction part of about 3 boards about books, which were communities I wanted to become active in (of course). Thank you for lifting the ban off my account. I thought the mentioning of my blog was allowed as I was introducing myself and asking others about their own blogs to read. Is there a certain amount of posts you have to have in between as to not be trapped in the spam trap again? I guess I learned something new, today! Thank you. |

I really can't discuss the spam script in public, because we make lots of efforts to keep our system spam free. Anything I say can be read and used by
spammers so that they can avoid our auto ban. It wasn't the fact that you left a link, whether someone can leave a link in their first post at a board or
not is up to the admins of the communities, it is not up to us. The spam script uses a combination of different criteria and when every single one of those
criteria applies to a poster, then the auto-ban kicks in. When not every single one applies, the auto ban won't kick in.
