Password Reset

Posts: 1 3-Nov-09 5:06 PM	Tags : None Howdy, Firefox has my old pass, but it has been a while since I've logged in to my board, and a series of black dots is not helpful. I would like to reset it, as well as my new email and secret question so that I can log on from a computer other than this. I have two accounts for this board with different privileges. What loops must I jump through that I may change the p/w on THIS account as I have no idea what I originally set.

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 13731 4-Nov-09 12:12 AM Yuku Help	if you still have access to your old email you can log out and, enter your email in the login field and click forgot password. Then check your mail and follow the instructions from there. Depending on your browser settings, you should also be able to simply retrieve your password from your browser. In firefox, click tools -> options -> security -> saved passwords -> show passwords If neither one of the above applies, just submit a ticket and one of the very nice folks at the help desk will be happy to give you a hand http://helpdesk.yuku.com

Posts: 1 4-Nov-09 6:20 AM	Alas I do not have access to that old email, but will try that in Firefox when I get home. I was an Opera user until recently, and there was no reasonable way to actually "see" the saved P/Ws as they were hashed. Thanks for the help!
