I am also having a horrible time trying to access my board. This has been going on for weeks. I get white screens and nothing happens. Intermittenly I can get
in to my main page, sometimes I can log in, but that is it. I am using Internet Explorer and seem to be having the most trouble from home. When I try to sneak
in from work, I don't seem to have as much trouble, but it is very limited that I can try that.
What is going on??????? |

White pages on my board www.reecesrainbow.yuku.com and... any yuku I've tried. Using IE I get white pages, using Mozilla I have to login then it
doesn't go from there...

Which version of IE? Is it all pages? e.g. can you access http://redlightgreenlight.yuku.com/forums/10 or through a recent topic in your profile? What happens when you refresh or do hard refresh (Crtl+F5)? Does it happen all the time or intermittantly? When did it start happening? |

I have white pages as well. (Even this forum is white for me) My entry page is okay, but all forums have white when you click on them. If I refresh, the
backgrounds return, but that is inconvenient and I don't know if all of my guests would know to do that.

Most of the boards and profiles are all white for me. Too many to list. Even the main pages of the board are white.
Including my own board : http://lebebe1.yuku.com/ I have asked my mods if they see all white and they are able to view the board just fine. I have started a thread asking all members if they can view the board fine and what browser they are using. Here's that link: http://lebebe1.yuku.com/topic/1326 I am using IE6 and just downloaded the latest update for IE. The boards were working fine for me yesterday. Hope this helps ... because it is beyond frustrating. |

It seems to work if you hit 'refresh' but then the next time I post, it's all white. And as henrietta said, this board here is white for me.

White screen just now when I clicked "Profiles" at bottom of page. MacBook with the current Firefox. Firefox says "Done"--but it wasn't
even started.

ALL our board users report it and our users are using a variety of o/s and browsers (macs running x + and firefox, safari, windows machines and whatever they use, microsoft gobbledygook etc.) This is 2 days now. Thanks for helping. |

yes sure we can visit that page but after any post the new page comes up blank.
It's not a profile SEARCH that is an issue it's that we've all figured out we had to bookmark our profiles in order to access our board via a recent post. And still sometimes for no reason, seemingly, the board comes up white OR times out. I've asked each member, when they can, to post their experiences in detail and with their o/s, their browser and their connection speed. When I have a group of them, I will link it. PS - the link you just provided doesn't work - gives a blank page - if I paste it into a window when I've just posted and gotten another white screen of annoyance. Seems I have to close out my browser, restart it, open to my profile, go to a recent post and then I get ONE time to post before the whole thing has to repeat. Interestingly, that doesn't happen HERE (yuku suppt) ...

Getting this white page on my member management for my board at
http://asylumimmortals.yuku.com/members/box/id/60 http://asylumimmortals.yuku.com/members/box/id/66 Etc... its on ALL my member management forums bascially I have pending Access requests.. follow it to the member management to grant/deny etc and page is done and all blank PS Im using latest Firefox AND latest IE all fully updated TY |
