yes sure we can visit that page but after any post the new page comes up blank.
It's not a profile SEARCH that is an issue it's that we've all figured out we had to bookmark our profiles in order to access our board via a recent post. And still sometimes for no reason, seemingly, the board comes up white OR times out. I've asked each member, when they can, to post their experiences in detail and with their o/s, their browser and their connection speed. When I have a group of them, I will link it. PS - the link you just provided doesn't work - gives a blank page - if I paste it into a window when I've just posted and gotten another white screen of annoyance. Seems I have to close out my browser, restart it, open to my profile, go to a recent post and then I get ONE time to post before the whole thing has to repeat. Interestingly, that doesn't happen HERE (yuku suppt) ...

The profile search was in reply to reph's post. I'll ask someone to look at your board today. There is no need to gather everyone's browser info, it is obvious that something is wrong with your board. My apologies for the inconvenience. |

I'm trying to modify the settings of a forum and am getting a white page. It started happening about an hour ago at 7pm Estern. Browser is IE7. It's
been working fine all day until now.

Getting this white page on my member management for my board at
http://asylumimmortals.yuku.com/members/box/id/60 http://asylumimmortals.yuku.com/members/box/id/66 Etc... its on ALL my member management forums bascially I have pending Access requests.. follow it to the member management to grant/deny etc and page is done and all blank PS Im using latest Firefox AND latest IE all fully updated TY |

I have started getting white pages again this evening, first time in a long time. Earlier I couldn't get logged in to yuku at all. Got the log in screen,
typed my details in and then a blank white screen. So I tried putting the support board url in as that is a public board. Got the main page but when I clicked
on a forum link I just got a plain white screen again. And I know other friends of mine are also having problems with white screens this evening. We are all in
Europe but not in the same country.
Any ideas what is causing this? The service has been better for a while. |

In real time I was talking to WhiteClover on messenger when the whole lot went down and white screened. I signed in to see
the front page of the support forum but when I came to access the boards, they white screened. But after exiting there to instead sign into our own board I saw
I had been logged out. I then signed back in again only not to see my board at all.
I was using Firefox and had previously cleared my bookmark data so to refresh the page. But to no avail. Boo |

A member of tinnitussupport92262 sent me this e-mail this afternoon:
I was able to post on the board earlier, but now I'm completely unable to access topics. I can get to the main page, but when I click on "Off Topic" or "Support" I get the white page. This happens with all the browsers now. I went to Bug base to see if there were any more problems today with this, but I couldn't even get past the main page that has "The Lobby," "Report A Bug," etc on it. If I clicked on a forum link I got the white page. I went to [another board, whose URL I don't know--reph] to check and the same thing happened there. I watched the TSMB main page for a few minutes and it appeared others were not having this problem because I saw new names and new posts coming up. I was, however, able to get profiles to come up (naturally.) |

Okay our board is here the main directory page can be viewed, but
when you click on any forum or sub's you get white screens.You can not get in threw navigation menu as you sometimes can then every board in Yuku gets
this way. It was 3-4 hrs ago Central time when it began for me. browers used were Wyzo, fire fox, and IE, all the same thing.
then there is issues of when you get logged out you can not log back in. the login screen goes white if you refresh it continues to be white or back to log in screen over and over. For me I uninstalled fire fox and reinstalled and can get back in. But this problem persists for others on the board/boards I and on other browsers. |

I don't run a board, just visit one and I can get to the main page of the forum, but when I click on a specific forum I get either a white page (latest
Firefox) or a message that the "connection unexpectedly quit" (latest Safari), I also tried IE and got a "can't connect at this time, try
again later". I have tried the refresh button many times, I also re-started my computer twice with no luck.

My co-admin on Virtual Viggo can access the main page of the board, but
when she tries to access a forum she gets a white page. She can access other boards with no problems at all. This is in both IE and Firefox.
These problems are starting to get really frustrating. |

i am getting white pages with my firefox browser. i can get into our board (sometimes) but if i click on a forum or try bugbase then thats when i get the white
pages. i am on my other browser that didnt work with yuku when the change over occured so thats why i went to firefox.
this isnt fun ya know... my board; http://tinnitussupport92262.yuku.com/directory when i first clicked on reply, i got the website not responding stuff. so i thought this didnt go through but , i'm use to the double posts thing happening so i went back into report a bug and i see this did get posted.. whats happening?
