I am a member of the yuku board chat, Meerkat Mania. There is a very important chat scheduled for this evening. I am unable to open the chatroom. I keep
getting unknown error. I have re-booted my computer, logged out and back in, etc. Cache is cleared.

Both me and my other colleague who normally chats on Friday nights get the same "unknown error" message while trying to go into chat. |

Seemingly, the chat "unknown error" problem is yuku-wide... is there anyone who is able to chat, on any board?

No one can access our chat room for various error messages. The error message I get is 'unknown error' ......

Yea...I thought I was the only one with this "unknown error" with any Yuku chatroom that I tried to visit.
Hopefully this unknown error can be rectified soon.

My mod came in here and complained not long ago about basically the same problem. My board members are on all day and most of the night we use the chat to keep
up with one another and right now it's giving us all the "Unknown Error" or the "Guest cannot login now" messages. I've cleared
cookies deleted the chat 3 times restarted, logged out, all that good stuff and still nothing. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP half my members are thikning
about jumping ship to find a new host to start over and frankly I love yuku... when it's working.

When I (or anyone else) try to enter chat, I get a box with an error message 
If I click "Close", then "Login", I get

The chat on our board (The Mom Pod) is down, has been since last night. I tried deleting it and creating a new chat, and we're all still getting the
"Unknown Error" message.

So has anyone hear anything from Yuku? Like... "yes, we're aware of the issue" "we're working on it"? How about an ETA, yuku?
