i picked enough jalapenos today to can my first batch of the year. had enough for
a 1/2 gallon and a quart jar. now i need to cut up the hot banana peppers for freezing and put the cayennes and the anaheims in the dryer.

no, haven't pickled any okra yet, not enough making to do it yet,,,i got 5 pods today. i have about 3 quarts of last years okra pickled tho

the big jar is 1/2 gallon of jalapenos, onions, and garlic...the small is a quart of the same. i can the okra as whole pods

Oh I love my green veggies and oh those tomatoes and ohhhh I am getting hungry when is mine arriving?
You would envy the Aussie tomato they can be huge least mine always are if I beat the birds to them. |

"Well that looks like a lot of healthy veg..." hot peppers have a lot of health benefits, eating hot peppers help keep joint/tendon pain away, I'd have a real nasty attitude without them. |
