Why doesn't Microsoft cooperate with Yuku? Is it a money issue or a pecking order issue? I have taken off all email blocks and waiting for Microsoft to
effect a patch. Miss my Yuku email notifications. Thank you.

Changed all my settings with Roadrunner to allow those addresses/domains (and on my laptop too) and still no Yuku emails of any kind are getting through. Any
suggestions on working around the Windows Mail problem? (if that is what it is) What has changed in the last month at Yuku that would have started this
problem?

One of my members is reporting that he has received email notifications about PMs, but no pms.
Same problem as krispy76, above. |

Your ISP may still be blocking the emails, or they might let them come through in bulk every so often.
CelticTigress, I don't think your problem is the same. If he gets a notification that he received a pm, but the pm is not there he should put in a ticket or post the details here. One of my members is reporting that he has received email notifications about PMs, but no pms. |

I have been told by Roadrunner it's not them that is blocking the Yuku emails on subscriptions, pms, comments or any of the other categories, and even if
they were, the emails would just go in my Junk Mail folder and I could still find them. Besides, I GET emails from the Help desk tickets! This
all started back in May and now it's been almost TWO MONTHS. Again I ask, what changed at Yuku in mid-May that suddenly cut off my subscription etc.

I am in the same sinking boat as Kat as I previously noted. I also have roadrunner and they indicated the problem is not on their end. I have not received ANY notifications since the move in May. |

I have not been getting e-mail notification of replies to threads I subscribe to in Yuku. By this I am referring to e-mail notification coming in to my
regular e-mail, not an e-mail message in Yuku. (don't know why my italics are not "Un-Italicking".

Okay, I'll try them again...have to go up the chain of command I guess. Why would they block yuku emails suddenly, when they were letting them through
until mid-May? No, don't answer that, it's not your problem. If necessary, I'll have to get another email just for yuku stuff. What a pain.

I don't know if this will help or not, but I'm in the Listeners club for the local radio station and it was probably mid-late May that they sent out a
message (and mentioned it on the air) that people may start noticing that their daily contest email wasn't arriving. They said that they have noticed that
several times a year all of the email providers seem to ramp up their spam filters and that late spring was one of those times.

Thanks for that info....that's interesting. Upon further help and advise from the Yuku folks (thanks guys!) I'm gonna get another email account
elsewhere. I appreciate RR's attention to the problems of Spam, but I'm a grown-up and I think they should ask me before they play Big Brother.....

I switched early on from my hotmail account to my comcast account and everything ran smooth as silk until a few days ago
when I completely stopped getting notification AGAIN. I.m afraid to try and switch to another account because if don't get a comfirmation email, I've access to lost my Gold account. Will someone PLEASE fix this ? |
