I log in and then click on View tickets.. and have to log in again.. then I get list of tickets.. click on ticket I want.. and have to LOG IN AGAIN.. I
can't friggen reply or do anything.. won't stay logged in.. so I see this new notice at top saying some new log in for support to register.. so I go to
register.. and EVERY FRIGGEN TIME I ENTER THE DAMN IMAGE CODE it tells me it's INVALID. Your system is broke damnit.. and it doesn't matte which
friggen browser I use.

Oh And since I can't friggen use the damn support ticket option.......
Ticket number CEO-392505 WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE FIXED!! IT'S BEEN LIKE 6 MONTHS ALREADY!! Ok.. before if I entered my url for yuku on my board that's still trying to migrate.. I would get a page that said board is currently migrating.. now I get sent to main yuku page and when I look on my ezboard.. it's there.. but I go into my community and can see my profile.. but if I click my communities tab.. I get a damn yuku error .. I can't get into the control center of any of the boards I am admin on that are on EZboard. So, is my http://p104.ezboard.com/bthegatheringplace72926 forums ever going to migrate?? |

do you allow cookies for the ticket system? Since you tried different browsers, I presume there is some communication problem between us and you for the time
being.
Your migration has been run several times, but each time it fails. This means perhaps something corrupt in a line of data or some technical reason. It will need special attention when it finally migrates. Currently there is a hold up on all migrations however, I have flagged up your board for them to look at, and they will try another migration for you. |

All my browsers are set to ALLOW ALL COOKIES..
*just kicks Yuku really really hard.. sharpens swords while GLARING at all dem dar males...... especially Chris who was working on my board migration* It's damn frustrating because I don't seem to have any kind of access to control panels on ezboards either.. And the Yuku url that USED to show for my migrating board is no longer there. |

Hi Mystique,
I am sorry, there really isn't anything I can do to make this go faster than it does. If I could I would, but not all boards transfer smooth on the first or even the second try. Some are stubborn and take some time. When a community is importing with errors several times, it goes on my watch list, where yours is right now. It will be among the first ones to go through the importer once we get going again. I want the community to be imported as much as you do. As alison said, all imports are currently on hold but we should be going on them again shortly. The reason why you can't access your yuku URL is because your imported community was removed from yuku to make sure that users don't accidentally start posting there, as those post would be lost after the next import. My apologies for the wait, hopefully we can get you across soon. |

I'm hoping to get your ticket access fixed so that we can keep in touch via the ticket system.
Needless to say I'll go out of my way on this one because that sword of yours looks pretty sharp. Have you tried clearing your cache and deleting the cookies you got from us? I've test replied to your ticket, let's see what happens. |

Oh yay.. it's working now.. I logged in no problem and didn't get logged out and I replied. And I didn't have to do anything. Thanks Chris (my
cashe is cleared everytime I close browser.. as are cookies)
And yes.. All my swords are very sharp!!! (We have 7 of our 10 swords mounted on wall in our livingroom hehehe) |
