White Pages Again

Posts: 768 17-Jul-08 2:43 AM myrtle	Tags : None I am getting white pages again. It is taking 3 or 4 times to get each page up and when making a reply I can't get past the white page. In one hour today I have only managed to successfully reply to 2 threads, one on my own board and one on here. Sending this topic will probably also take me several tries. I have only tried to get to 3 places today so far and each are bringing up white pages. http://zandranna.u.yuku.com/ http://support.yuku.com/ http://sandysblog.yuku.com/ The white pages appear at each step of the way from the front page to actually getting into a thread and sending a reply.

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 9023 17-Jul-08 4:10 AM pink goddess	Thanks for the report, I will document it, however it's currently taking over a week for the person who "verifies" bugs to look at them. He will bounce the report back for more information when he does look at it, as it's unlikely he'll be able to reproduce it. Can you let me know what period of time (and what timezone you're reporting it in) the white pages lasted for? what browser, and what ISP are you using, and was the problem across all browsers? If it happens again, can you try a number of different boards so that we can see how widespread it is?

Posts: 768 17-Jul-08 8:13 AM myrtle	Ok, it's now 4pm British time and I am back on the comp with pages loading at a reasonable rate for my connection that I have here. I have been getting the very occasional "sever can't be found" but apart from that things aren't too bad. Not perfect but very reasonable. The white pages lasted from about 9.30am (British time) this morning and were still going strong when I closed down about midday. Vista FF2 IE7 T-Mobile GPRS unit as my ISP Do you want me to keep coming back in here with times etc if it happens again??
