Posts: 20 13-Jul-08 7:25 AM	Tags : None Hello...I'm hoping someone can help me here. Last week I wasn't receiving email notifications to the topics I subscribe to for a few days. And now, I'm getting notifications everytime someone posts something. Even though I've not subscribed to that topic. My email box is flooded with these and I can't keep up with them. I belong to just 1 community, Beauty Buzz and my ISP is AOL. Hope everyone is having a terrific weekend! Tammy*

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 5100 13-Jul-08 7:47 AM Kudos Lady of the night	Hi Tammy, You have subscriptions. Click on account in your navigation bar, then on subscriptions. Click the remove option for all topics you are subscribed to.

Posts: 637 13-Jul-08 2:00 PM	Hey Dreemesicle, I looked at your subscription list. You were subscribed to the entire board which would give you all the emails of any new topic. I removed that subscription. I would just subscribe to topics only since its a really active board. Sorry about all that. -ransom

Posts: 20 13-Jul-08 4:43 PM	OMG! Thanks so much Ransom!!!!! I have no idea how that happened. I didn't subscribe to the entire board. Just a bunch of topics on that particular board. Speaking of that, I just checked out my subscriptions and all the topics that I've subscribed to have disappeared. I know you said that you removed the one subscription but all of them are gone. Alison, I looked into it and it has nothing to do with AOL, my isp...There are many others having this same issue with YUKU. This is obviously an ongoing problem with YUKU according to many members and unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will ever be resolved. I depend on these notifications and quite honestly, don't have the time to sift through all the posts. I suppose it's time to return to the Delphi Forums, afterall, I never experienced a single problem in the many years I've been a member. It's a shame this matter couldn't be resolved because I'm just one of many members that won't be contributing to YUKU. Tammy*

I can assure you that all reports of email notifications not going through are being looked into by the dev team. In the meantime, please make sure that the following addresses are on your safe list, you might need to add them to your contacts list also: noreply@ezboard.com help@ezboard.com helpdesk@ezboard.com staff@yukucorp.com staff@mgr1.yuku.com I understand that it is a pain in the neck, having the go through all the posts if you don't get your notifications. Here are a few things that might help: I see that you have your recent posts showing in your profile. You could increase this to set the maximum amount showing and follow your trail from there. At the community, when you look at one of your own posts, you can also click on "more" to the left of one of your posts and then click on "my recent posts" this will show you where you have posted. You could also make a bookmarks folder for your posts at that community and bookmark the topics where you have posted. That way you can jump right to them from your bookmarks. I know all of this is merely a runaround, but it is a good solution if you don't want to search the board in an attempt to find your posts.
