It's 8.45am in Sydney, I am waiting a bit longer to call my mum and dad and wish them merry christmas. But surely there is a kiwi or two already up and
tearing open the presents in front of them! Have a wonderful day everyone. I hope you're able to spend it with loved ones, or at least make contact with
people far away who'd you'd love to be with. I hope santa brings you joy and happiness, and your day is filled with the tinkle of children's
laughter - or the tinkle of ice in your glass of baileys! And remember - don't drink and drive.

Merry Christmas to you too Alison and to everyone here.
The different timezones always fascinate me, the fact that it's already Christmas Day in other parts of the world. And I heard a forecast that said it's going to be 27 degrees down there in Oz. I cannot imagine Christmas on the beach! Mine should be a quiet day at home with my family. |

Merry Christmas! I too wait until after midnight to call my parents and in-laws to wish them a happy Christmas since we are respectively 9 and 8 hours behind
them. It's funny to think that they've already gone to bed on Christmas eve when it's still in full swing of daily pre-Christmas activities for me
here.
