Thanks, I know it can be done with 'invisible', which is why I stated in my post that was not what I wanted. I am not sure the dummy forum would work.. because then both the dummy and the real forum would be visible if you reach the minimum. That would look weird.
Unless there is a way to make the dummy disappear at the moment the real forum turns visible.. can you also set a maximum count at which a forum turns invisible? Probably not huh..
*sigh*

(And wouldn't people be applying to the dummie forum all the time instead? then I still have the same problem..)
