go to your profile, and click the "edit layout" link. Down the bottom under the active blocks, on the right column you should see the blog block. If you enable it you'll have a link to it.

Or you can just add blog to your profile url - http://nickbanter.u.yuku.com/blog

and the click "post" to add a new entry.
