Any of the colours and images your forums use (that are set in the custom images or custom colours pages of your control panel) will be recreated as skins on Yuku and applied to the correct forums, but custom headers and footers (sidebars, scripts, css) aren't currently imported as they simply wouldn't work. We are working on that though.
