One last thought on the reason for that error. When I tried that link with a request to upgrade a board, I was logged into a different profile at Yuku than the one that owns the ezboard I wanted to import. I was logged in at Yuku with Cedar, but the ezboard ezOp is Mouse. So I had to first log into Mouse before I could get the upgrade request in.
