For a while now we've had lots of trouble with applying things like post restrictions. We'd set a limit, it would save, and either the number would reset upon returning to the user's screen, or it would show as applied but just never work. As far as we know, we haven't consciously restricted these two posters recently, but both of them would have been candidates for restriction in the past. I would suppose that at some point we tried restricting them, it didn't take, and we gave up, leaving the attempt in the box, and the latest push must have finally activated them. Is this plausible?
