I'm not a technical person, but YUKU is "sticking" for me...and this sound like it could be the problem. I'm running IE 7.0.6001 and use Vista. I can't scroll down a page until 15 - 30 seconds have elapsed...perhaps my computer blocking the ad or the URLs loading.

It's incredibly annoying.
