You can't change the smilies displayed at the bottom of the post editor, but you can turn them off entirely.
- Hit the Admin link in the navigation bar to get to your administrative control panel.
- Hit the Display Preferences link in the Community Settings box.
- In the "Community features" area (second item from the top on the Display Preferences page), make sure "yuku smilies" is unchecked.
- Hit the Submit button at the bottom to the page to make sure the new setting takes effect.
