Also, I missed your comment about your ticket earlier.
When you submit a ticket, a help desk account gets created for you automatically. This is not the same as your yuku account, so if you are logged in to your yuku account, it will still ask you to log in.

Look at the notification email you got from the help desk, it will give you your help desk password.
