I am the owner / admin of a new group. One of my new members is confused on how to add a avatar to her picture. Can I do it for her or do I need to login in
as her to add a image to her avatar??

You can't do it for her, and you should not log into anyone else's account.
Each of your members has their own image storage space -- their image gallery -- even if they don't own their own Yuku community. They can upload their own images from their computer and place them in different albums. Each account comes with an avatar album already created. Instructions for adding or changing an avatar are here. You might want to give your members the URL to that topic. Your members can also use their image folders to store things such as their own smilies, blinkies, custom signatures, photos, or other images they may want to use in customizing their profile or posting at a Yuku community. Posting: it depends on the settings of the goup. May I have a link please? I'll be happy to take a look for you. You have storage space on yuku as well. You'll probably have to re-upload your pictures though. Just click on "images" in your navigation bar up at the top of your screen. You can create albums and upload pictures from there. I'm the Administrator/Owner of a board and I totally understand how to upload images, how to add avatars ect.
casue I had no issue whatosever adding mine and when I first started my board I had no issues adding a few pics to my gallery, which BTW...Love this feature,
but now I can't add photos from my computer to the gallery folders that I've created...what on earth could I be doing wrong...I have a photobucket
account, but see no way of adding from there into my folders.
I created a few help tickets for this issue and the woman that assisted me was as helpful as she could be, said there was some issues with it, but that they had been taken care of...I'm still not getting anything to upload...HELP...TIA |

There is a 30MB limit for non-yuku supporter accounts.
You cannot add images directly from Photobucket; you would have to save them to your PC and upload them from there. There is a size limitation on any one image that you upload. Not sure what it is though. Try adding something small like a smiley and see if it works. |

Anything larger will be automatically reduced when uploaded here on YUKU. On Photobutcket the default is 800px by 600px but in the upload box area there is also a drop down box so you can increase the image size limitation |
