Posts: 4 11-Nov-08 2:51 PM	Tags : new member, application, activation mail Hello, first I want to say thanks for a wonderful board. I am migrating an msn site to here and had no problems setting up the forum. I have set up several privately hosted forums so the settings and terms are familiar to me. I have had the first few members make it in without problems. Today one member alerted me to the fact that he applied for membership, was told he would receive an activation mail and then did not receive one. I inquired if there was a chance it went to a spam or junk folder and he didn't think so but couldn't confirm it other than not seeing it in his folders. He did try to reapply but was unable to do that as well. He said he sent a mail to support but only got back an auto reply. Posts: 4 13-Nov-08 1:52 PM	Hi He tried to come in and interact with a message but found he could not get in because at this point he isn't a member. He gave me his email address to forward to you which I am doing here in a message under interact. Would I need to get anything else to send to you so that he can get his confirmation mail? ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 13731 13-Nov-08 2:46 PM Yuku Help	His account has already been confirmed. When he clicks on the link to your board, he will see an application page. He needs to write something in the box and click send. He will then appear in your member list as pending and you can approve him. You can also invite him which would eliminate the application process for him. Click on invited in your admin menu, and add his username in the invite box (make sure to include the extension)
