I created a Help Desk Account and submitted a ticket. The ticket I issued is not my problem here. I went back a day or 2 later to
the help desk and tried to sign in to view the ticket. I kept getting an "Invalid user id or password" after a number of tries with the same message,
I clicked "Forgot Password" and it was supposed to send my password via email. I never got that email, I also tried to have that sent to me several
times, and never got one. I then created a new help desk account with another email address and submitted a new ticket concerning the issue above. This time I
made sure I wrote down the password. I went back later to sign in on the help desk site, using the new email address and password, and guess what, I had the
same problem with this help desk account too. I keep getting a message invalid user id or password. If I try to sign up for a new help desk account, I get a
message that says, the email address I'm trying to use is already registered.
