**** Update January 27 2009

Our waiting queues are very long at this time. All groups with a migration request before January 3rd have a guaranteed migration.
Groups with a migration request after January 3rd have a good chance to be all migrated.

We are no longer processing migration requests as of January 27
You can continue to request migrations, but the requests will not be added to the regular waiting queues. They will go in a separate queue from which we will not migrate unless all groups in the other queues have been migrated.

**** Due to the large amount of requests, we cannot guarantee that requests made after January 3rd will be migrated. We will do the best we can to migrate as many groups as we can before the closing of MSN.

Having received many requests by MSN group owners about a possible migration of their group to yuku, we are happy to announce that we have built a tool to migrate those groups.

What we import:
We will import your entire group:
* All forums and discussions
* Calendar
* Your entire member list, including member levels (Manager, assistant manager, member)
* Your member's email addresses, they will not have to re-register at yuku.

How to request migration of your group:
To request a migration of your MSN group, please send an email to requestmigration@yuku.com

Please make sure to email us from the email address you used when you started your MSN group
The email must include the URL to your MSN group as well as the password of your manager email address.

Once we have received this information, we can migrate your group.
As soon as the migration has finished, an email will be sent to you and your members.
This email will include the URL to your migrated group on yuku, as well as the username for your members and a password issued by us. The password can be changed after login.

Where to find help after migration:

What happens if you have already started a group on yuku?
If you have already started a group on yuku, please make sure to send us the URL to your yuku location. We will migrate your MSN group to your yuku location.

What happens to the many MSN members who have created accounts on yuku? Will the import of their account override their yuku account?
If you have created an account on yuku, using the same email you have used on MSN, your migrated account will be merged with your yuku account.
