I make the same New Year's resolutions every year and I usually slip into my bad habits around January first.
go to bed before 4 am is always on top of my list, but here we are, so many years later.. I have no idea why I can't go to bed when other people do. I've tried, it just doesn't work. Go to bed before 4 and I'm awake till 5 or 6 and then sleepy all day long the next day. |
