None of us can get into our site, not Admins, members or even the owner. We get the Membership by application only - apply etc.
I am an Admin - the owner is celticdriftwood - the site Irelands Call. Could you please look into this and advise what we need to do to get access again. Thanks Joan |

Hi Joan,
I did a random access check and it is fine as far as I can see. Everyone who should have access has access. The owner does not see an application page. The general access settings on that board are quite awkward though. The community is MBA and all forums are MBA, hence the application pages. If you approve someone's application to join, they'll still hit the application page for each forum they click on because all the forums are MBA. Your "would you like to join" forum itself is MBA with onl;y 1 single member having access there. What you need to do is change the forum settings. Make the forums public. Nobody will see them unless you approve them to access the community as a whole. |
