Hello members and friends of yuku,

The dev team has been busy fixing bugs.
Currently fixed and pushed to the servers today:

**Newly created communities no longer have post deletion by default on
the forum settings page.

**Members invited to viewable MBA communities no longer have to apply to post.

**Messages of approval don't contain the link to the forum to which the
member has been approved: Fixed

**Deleted topics lead to white page instead of 404: Fixed

**Splitting topic removes signatures: Fixed

**When you delete a banned member, you can now unban them by inviting
them back to your community (admin menu -> invite)

**Daily Most stats stops displaying on the directory when a change is
made to the domain preferences page: Fixed

**Previewing a topic shows user's avatar in forums where avatars have
been disabled: Fixed

**'numbering' cannot be used in IE7 : Fixed

**Board owners cannot access newly created forums when logged out: Fixed

Inbox tags have been disabled

**Invite friends: Now when you invite friends, all your contact boxes
will be UNchecked and you need to check the boxes of friends you wish
to invite. This is to avoid inviting your entire contact list on
accident.

**Long links no longer break in quotes.

**Ignored user's posts are visible when loading the post editor: Fixed

Along with the above fixes, a large array of smaller bug fixes have been pushed.

September 21, 2006

You may have noticed a couple of changes on the site - one of these is the implementation of invisible forums.

To check it out, go and manage your forums (navigation > manage domain > structure) and edit the preferences of any forum.

To make it invisible, just use the drop down menu at the top of the edit page.

Another thing is custom titles. To change these, go to your member edit page (navigation > manage domain users > member), find the user you want to change, and then click the edit button in the last column to the right of their name.

You might also see the social networking icons and drop down at the top of the domain too. I can't really tell you too much about what this acheives, since I have a del.ic.ious account that I have no idea how to use.

Welcome to the start of Message Boards 2.0. This is the first version of our MB2.0 generation of message boards. It's faster and more stable than the alpha version software that we've been running on Yuku since last September.
