ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 12893 9-Sep-09 8:28 PM Yuku Help	The legal queue moves slower than the other queues, so you may have a bit of a wait. Reason why it is slower than the other queues is because some tickets need research and investigation. Just make sure not to reply to your own ticket until you've had a reply from legal, otherwise the ticket will be bumped back to the bottom of the queue.

In the end, this morning, it is 09:00 here at the moment, I looked on here and someone suggested signing in and out of your account. I think this is what is happening to members who are needing to make a new account because they cannot gain access to our group. So if you get this message can you try signing in and out again and it may work as it did for me. I had to do this 3 times to get in to my group today. Posts: 4 13-Sep-09 1:52 PM	i've been getting this message Error 401 Unauthorized You don't have access to this community i've logged onto yuku (obviously) to try and get onto the downtoearth forum, and i 've received emails from yuku advising that i have replies to the posts i made last night, but when i click on the links, i get the error message. can you enlighten me please?

However, I can't even access the board let alone do anything else. I belong to two boards 'downtoearth' and 'homesteading' The downtoearth is the one I am having problems with... please help!
