Member can't access Yuku at all |

I have a member who emailed me that she hasn't been able to access Yuku or any of her groups since February or so. I've had her clear her cookies and
temp files. I also had her turn off her modem and reconnect. None of those things have worked, she can't even access the help desk to submit a ticket. She
uses IE normally but also tried Mozilla, that didn't work either.
What else can I do to help her out? Thanks Tina |

It's like my computer just will NOT go there!

Go ahead and open the help ticket yourself, select Accounts as the department. Include the url to this topic in your ticket so the person working the ticket
will know the situation. While they won't give you any information about your member's account, they will be able to talk you through additional steps
to help her get logged in and you can relay the info back and forth.

There is one other thing you could try and that is getting her to try accessing yuku through a proxy. This may be a slow way if it works but she may be able to
read, post and handle her own ticket this way. It's a chance.
I never recommend a proxy and this is just a random one that works OK with yuku. http://deletemypath.info/ She would just paste or type the URL into the box (unckeck 'disable javascript') and press the Surf button. This would also be a helpful step in finding the cause of the problem. |

people still can't access.

I have a mail also...just got it now.....
Don't know if I have a virus or what? I can't get into yuku sites from my computer at home - says can't find website. Any ideas why? Virus? I can get into every other site, but not yuku! |

Ok.... I have a member who, all of a sudden, cannot access any Yuku accounts. She can't even get to Yuku . com She gets a message of I E cannot
display this page. She's tried it through Firefox also. Nothing works. She's quite knowledgable about computers so there's nothin I can
suggest for her.... She is in Canada... Do y'all have any answers for me ???? I need her back in my group..

Just reporting...a friend of ours hasn't been able to access Yuku at all since yesterday afternoon; by noon today she still couldn't access.

I just heard from my member who can't access Yuku. I submitted a help ticket for her but they sent her the exact same link I did so she could submit her
own ticket but she can't access that link! I also linked them to this URL so they knew what was going on but don't know if anyone read it.
Here is her email to me after I asked her a few more questions: Hi tina I got a suport thing but al they did was send me the same link you have sent me. The support link i can't even get onto that one. I haven't logged on in about 3 week i think but iwas busy with kids anf anily stuff here. No i do not use AOL We have videotron here been witht hem for over 5 years now. We have had vistya for over 6 months now but it has been only recently that we have had issue with other programs but not ever sites. I hav echecked to se which sies have been blocked but there are none. crossing my fingers that something gets figured out soon cause i am sure missing you all. I also asked her what, if any, error message she gets when she tries to log in, this was her response: We i try to go to the sites it says i have no internet connection to the site.. i did do a diagnostic to see if was my interent or somethign else but it says i have a good connection. I am not sure what to do at all. I simply can't get into yuku at all but i can get into toher groups as aimoo..yahoo with no problems. Wendy So now what?! Tina |
